Our entire first floor flooded due to frozen pipes during the historic Christmas 2022 Houston freeze.We chose All Dry as our water remediation provider based upon some local recommendations. Our damage was extensive and required removing most everything on the first floor at least 2' up from the floor - wood flooring, carpet, cabinetry, countertops, sheetrock, and more.The All Dry team was amazing and made the process as seamless as it could be. Robert (the operations manager) was always accessible by phone or text, and he communicated with us daily about when work crews would show up and what work they would do that day. Gerardo was the main onsite manager during demolition, and he was fantastic. Adrian worked with us more during the drying process, and again, he was excellent as well.Every single All Dry employee was courteous and respectful or our space and always maintained an impeccably clean work environment. Each room they worked in, they would seal off so as to keep the air in the rest of the house clean from sawdust and other particulate created from the demolition.After 10 days of labor and drying, we have a dry home, with no mold, and are ready to move on to the remodeling process!I hope you never have to use a water remediation service, but if you do, All Dry should be first on your list to call!

I had a water leak within a couple weeks of moving into our new home. We found the leak and my plumber suggested I give a restoration company a call and suggested ADU. I wasn't even thinking about mold since the water leak was relatively short lived before I noticed and stopped it. But its a humid Texas summer and went ahead out of abundance of caution called ADU to come check out the situation. Kurt and Cody were very honest with me and gave me my options to get the mold taken care of. I chose to do it the most thorough way by busting out all the drywall affected and was very glad I did as mold growth was already present and spreading fast. Michael was the technician and he did an outstanding job. He built containment areas to remove the mold safely and cared for my home like it was his. Michael kept me updated with pictures when I was at work and left the jobsite clean everyday and safe for my young toddler as well. When I say there was zero dust, I mean ZERO dust after all the demolition of insulation and drywall was completed. I would highly suggest ADU and ask for Michael to lead the job at your home.

I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE !!!!!! . From the moment that I realized that there was a leak and then sewage all over , Shawn was rite there . We sat down and he explained every detail and what was going to happen first and then next and next ……….he sent his plumber rite over to temporarily repair the rusted cast iron pipe , and also sent a company to snake out the rest of the pipe to ensure that it was completely clear, giving us piece of mind . The same day one of the Kruse came and removed everything that was damaged, and or wet, to prevent any mildew and war mold from developing. The next step was for us to pick out the finishes for downstairs, which we did, and they picked up all the materials and drop them off at the house and a day later dear crew began to completely renovate the basement area, a few days later it was done and it looks unbelievably beautiful. Everyone at All Dry was very knowledgeable and informed and every day kept us informed also; never left us hanging or wondering what was next. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do the first call I’m going to make is to All Dry . Trust me, just call them and you’ll be very happy that you read this review

This year hasn't been easy on anybody and it seems like everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. But thankfully, the team at All Dry, USA hasn't been one of those things. I was skeptical at first, due to all of the negative connotations regarding the contractors/businesses here in Onslow County, but I can honestly say that they have made everything so much easier and I trust them to go above and beyond in their work. From rapid responses for mitigating my water damages to helping guide me through the insurance claim process, Kurt has been with me every step. This past weekend, my kitchen sink plumbing decided to plummet and break. I contacted them and they came right over to help and get it fixed, once again exceeding my expectations. This is the best company for restoration in NC!After being flooded I was scammed by two repair companies... When I contacted Kurt from All Dry USA, we assured me that they will do everything fast and with quality. He worked on weekends, making sure pumps are working properly and adjusted them as needed. He then managed a team of great workers who replaced joists, flooring etc in the property, he even asked them to redo one little thing because it was not done up to his standards. Communication with Kurt was excellent and he never stopped expressing care for the work being done.I can only ask one thing: Kurt, please remain the great manager you are!
